Frank Herbert

Frank Herbert (1920–1986) was an American science fiction writer and journalist. He is best known for the Dune series, which spans six novels written by Herbert himself, later continued by his son Brian Herbert and author Kevin J. Anderson. Herbert’s work is celebrated for its world-building, ecological insight, and intricate political and social systems.
