English Plus Level 2 Student's Book (Second Edition) is part of Oxford University Press's English Plus series, a five-level course covering CEFR levels A1-B2, written by Ben Wetz and Diana Pye. Level 2 opens with a Starter unit that revises basic vocabulary and grammar, followed by eight theme-based units built around the Engage, Study, Activate methodology: each lesson is carefully structured to build students' knowledge and confidence before culminating in a productive exercise that lets them personalise what they have learnt. A strong communicative strand runs throughout, with plenty of speaking exercises and a dedicated lesson on speaking and pronunciation.
