GET A LIFE, CHLOE BROWN - Talia Hibbert

Get A Life, Chloe Brown (2019) is the first book in Talia Hibbert's bestselling Brown Sisters series. Chloe Brown is a chronically ill computer geek with a goal, a plan and a list: after almost -- but not quite -- dying, she has drawn up seven directives to help her finally "get a life", from enjoying a drunken night out to riding a motorcycle and having meaningless but thoroughly enjoyable sex. What she needs is a teacher, and she knows just the man for the job: her building's moody, heavily tattooed superintendent, Redford 'Red' Morgan. As the two spend more time together, Chloe discovers there is far more to Red than his rough exterior suggests -- and that love was never actually on her to-do list. Praised by critics and readers alike for its humour, warmth and honest portrayal of chronic illness, the novel became a viral TikTok favourite and launched one of contemporary romance's most loved series.
