MY FRIENDS

MY FRIENDS is the new novel by Fredrik Backman, the internationally bestselling author of A Man Called Ove and Anxious People.

Twenty-five years ago, a group of teenagers found refuge in each other during one unforgettable summer by the sea. Their friendship inspired a now-famous painting, a work of art that has since passed, through a mysterious inheritance, to Louisa, an eighteen-year-old artist. Determined to uncover the story behind its creation, Louisa travels to the small coastal town where it all began, following in the footsteps of the friends who shaped it - and discovering how far the echoes of that one summer still reach.
